Living spaces
The aim is comfortable, thoughtfully designed accommodation that respects privacy and supports everyday independence. Final apartment and room configurations will be announced when confirmed.
Everyday wellbeing
Wellbeing is shaped by many small things: good food, welcoming common areas, movement, meaningful activities, social connection and access to the outdoors.
Care and support
The intended model considers access to care and support appropriate to residents' needs. Exact services, staffing and clinical arrangements will be confirmed in line with applicable Greek law and the final operating plan.
